Darlene Bell earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Mercer University with a heart full of purpose and a passion for helping others overcome life’s obstacles. With over 15 years of experience as Director of Social Work in various nursing homes, Darlene witnessed firsthand the gaps in support for both young adults and the elderly.

One day, while sitting among her colleagues, a woman looked at her and said, “You are heaven sent.” In that moment, something clicked. Darlene smiled and replied, “That’s going to be the name of my company.”

Though the vision was planted in 2014, it wasn’t until 2020 that Darlene—alongside her daughter—took a bold leap of faith and launched Heaven Sent Case Management full-time. Today, Heaven Sent is thriving, grounded in compassion, and committed to empowering individuals to live independently and with dignity, no matter the challenges they face.
